  • Overview

    BK Medical is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help support the Sales team’s day to day processes, tools and goals. This person will represent the voice of our customers and work closely with other business groups to support and develop their operational needs as we continue to grow our organization.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of analytical problem-solving experience from a marketing, sales, or business operations role
    • Have knowledge of a CRM system
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with multiple business groups
    • Self-starter and always thinking about how processes can be improved
    • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to evolving sales team strategies
    • Can communicate well (written and verbally) to a variety of partners
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Responsibilities

    • Help develop systems that carry out a high level of data integrity and maintain quality
    • Support strategic initiatives within marketing, finance & sales
    • Provide support for legal & manufacturing
    • Provide ongoing support to the sales team on leads and sales processes & monitor the process through our automation and workflow tools
    • Follow up with leads and provide quoting support
    • Innovate the process for report, dashboard, and list creation across the team
    • Help support the CRM team and communicate any changes and technical support updates
    • Support credentialing needs for both suppliers & sales
    • Utilize and create process within our sales tech stack to improve team efficiency
    • Maintain a feedback loop from sales to product and marketing teams around lead quality and conversations
    • Assist in new team technology implementations and reviewing sales tools that are up for renewal
    • Be a part of deal management discussionsFirst point of contact for sales “asks” and escalations as well as first pass for discount approvals
    • Work on funnel management, demo pool management
    • GPO & Margin support
    • Proactive backlog management for IB (customer call)
    • Work closely with other company leaders as it relates to our go-to-market strategies
