    BK Medical is looking for a CRM Developer/ BI to join the CRM/ Business Intelligence Team whose primarily position will be to help lead business initiatives with bkMedical’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  

    Our CRM system is utilized by almost every part of the organization, from marketing, sales, support and service. As a CRM developer/ BI, you will interact with each of these stakeholders with the intent to drive enhancements in the CRM system according to business initiatives. You will also assist in improvements with our current BI solution.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience.

    • 3 plus years of experience of developing, reporting, troubleshooting and administrating of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
    • Experience with the advanced functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Web development Experience (JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
    • NET Programing Experience
    • Ability to utilize C# as needed in support of the Dynamics solution
    • Strong understanding of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS experience.
    • Experience working on full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365 products.
    • Microsoft SQL Server understanding
    • Knowledge of MS Dynamics security concepts
    • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology

    Responsibilities

    • Development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Manages CRM roadmap in accordance with business priorities
    • Works with business stakeholders to capture high-level business requirements, translate them into functional requirements, then develop/ test/ implement solutions into CRM system in accordance with business objectives
    • Manages all aspects of CRM support including support of the technical environment, external development resources, priority setting, vendor management, license management, and budget control.
    • Responsible for performing configuration and administrative duties for Dynamics CRM.
    • Supports Experlogix quoting platform and integration with CRM system.
    • Works with Analogic IT to ensure applications are working optimally (backups, tuning, etc.) and adheres to change migration policies.
    • Resolves production issues and provides prompt support to the sales and marketing teams.
    • Works with SAP team to ensure the CRM and SAP integration are working optimally and promptly resolve any issues.
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts and end users in the testing of new software programs and applications.
    • Assists in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and integration in the CRM system using SSRS/ SSIS.
    • Assists in providing ongoing training of CRM end users
    • Owns data maintenance in CRM (including NPI administration)
    • Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
    • Work with management and application stakeholders to identify new opportunities to leverage CRM platform as well as BI application tool
    • Reviews existing BI architecture and makes improvements under guidance of Business Application Developer/ Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst according to business intelligence initiatives
